As a seasoned real estate investor with properties across Alberta and Quebec spanning hotel, residential, commercial, and even multiple start ups, he understands the full spectrum of property development and investment strategies and asset management.

A highly adaptive and effective leader and a computer engineer by training, Marc has co-founded multiple startups in online gaming, ecommerce, and payments, where he led companies from inception to successful exits. Throughout his career, he has played key roles in product development, business intelligence, security, sales, and business development. His diverse expertise has been instrumental in creating Campus Habitations' scalable, data-driven approach to workforce housing.

A passionate advocate for smart investing, Marc has consistently delivered double-digit returns for partners and investors while helping others achieve and surpass their financial ambitions.

Raffaele brings over 35 years of comprehensive real estate experience spanning both corporate and entrepreneurial ventures across the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Working with partners from Canada, the U.S., and Europe, he has been involved in the strategic planning, development, and execution of diverse, high-impact projects across the globe.

From his first real estate venture at age 17, Raffaele has worked on project teams responsible for more than $1 billion in development, while personally executing his own projects exceeding $50 million. This extensive hands-on experience has given him an in-depth understanding of all the micro and macro elements essential to successful real estate project execution-from strategic planning and site selection to development, sales, marketing, and partner relations.

Raffaele's expertise in identifying prime locations, assembling the right teams, and executing complex developments has fuelled Campus Habitations' rapid expansion from concept to multiple sites. His track record of consistently delivering projects that exceed expectations while building lasting relationships with investors, municipalities, and development partners provides the foundation for securing continued growth and stakeholder support.
